Joe is an Accredited Professional in the United States Green Building Council’s (USGBC) Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Program. He has over seventeen years of experience in the construction industry which includes project management, construction supervision, estimating, pre-construction services, budgeting, contracting, purchasing, invoicing, scheduling, and client relations. He has experience in many types of construction including warehouse, light industrial, office, medical, renovation, tenant build-out, structural steel, masonry, pre-engineered steel, and wood frame buildings.
